Rahul Gandhi To Appear At Parliament Amid UK Remark Controversy
Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi is all set make an appearance in the 2023-2024 Budget Session, being held at the parliament house. On March 16, Rahul Gandhi will clear and speak about his recent United Kingdom trip, and allegations of the opposition BJP, blaming Rahul for the remark, and demanding an apology. Furthermore, the BJP who criticised Gandhi, demanded a public apology for his remarks against India.

Air India Passenger Sent To Jail For Unruly Behaviour
Another incident of unruly behaviour by passenger in a flight was reported. In Mumbai, an Air India passenger was sent to jail, after he misbehaved with the crew members and was caught smoking in the flight. Later, when he was asked to pay bail amount of Rs 25,000, the accused identified as Ratnakar Dwivedi, he refused to pay the cash amount claiming bail amount to be Rs 250.

AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan's Remand Extended For Next 5 Days
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan was remanded in police custody for five more days by a court in the Delhi Waqf Board case. On September 21, the court announced to extend custody till September 26. Notably, the Okhla MLA was produced before the city court at the end of his four-day custodial interrogation of the Anti-Corruption Branch.

Bail Plea Is Right Of Every Prisoner, Says Allahabad Court
The Allahabad High Court has said that every prisoner has a fundamental right to file the bail application without delay. The single judge bench of Justice Ajay Bhanot was hearing a plea filed by Anil Gaur, an accused in a murder case. On September 15, the court granted bail to Anil, who could not approach the court as he was financially weak and abandoned by his family after his imprisonment.

Court Rejects Amber Heard's Request For New Trial In Defamation Case Against Johnny Depp
Amber Heard's request for a fresh trial in her defamation lawsuit with ex-husband Johnny Depp was denied by court on July 13 after her attorneys argued that one of the jurors had served inappropriately. After a jury determined that Heard had defamed Depp in a newspaper opinion article, Heard was forced to pay Depp $10.35 million in damages. A judge said "no evidence of fraud or wrongdoing" by the juror.

Vijay Babu Appears In Court For 7th Time In Row For Sexual Assault Case
Vijay Babu, the actor-producer, appeared at Ernakulam Town South PS for seventh day in a row for questioning in connection with a sexual assault charge. The judge ordered him to appear in court from June 27 to July 3 and granted him anticipatory bail. To spare the group from "disgrace," the actor claimed he will remain away from Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes' Executive Committee until he is found innocent.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi To Be Presented Before Amritsar Court; Security Heightened
Since gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, the Sidhu Moose Wala murder suspect was taken to the State Special Operation Cell, security has been stepped up in Amritsar. On June 28, Bishnoi will be presented in court in Amritsar. Supreme Court of India announced on June 27 that it will review the petition of accused Lawrence Bishnoi's father appealing the transit remand to Punjab police on July 11.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi Taken For Interrogation In Moose Wala Murder Case
The investigation in the controversial Sidhu Moose Wala murder case continued with the arrest of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He was taken from Delhi's Tihar Jail for questioning after he was accused of Sidhu's murder. After Bishnoi's arrest, he filed a plea, as his name surfaced in the case. Mumbai Blast 1993 Case, 4 Accused Remanded With CBI
A Mumbai court remanded four accused linked in Mumbai blast 1993 riot with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI,) on May 24. As per sources, Abu Bakar alias Abdul Gafoor, Syed Qureshi alias Rahat Jan Qureshi, Mohammad Shoaib Qureshi alias Shoaib Bawa, and Mohammad Yusuf Ismail alias Yusuf Bhatka were held by Gujarat's Anti-Terrorist Squad and have been remanded terror outrage, which claimed over 250 lives and left 700 injured.
