A man was killed and another injured after unknown assailants opened fire at them in North Delhi's Bhajanpura area, the police said on Wednesday. According to the police, the incident took place around 11.37 pm on August 29. The deceased, identified as Harpreet Gill, was a resident of the Bhajanpura area, confirmed sources. Another injured is being treated at hospital. A case has been registered, and investigation is underway.
Yet another shocking incident of attack and abuse was reported in Delhi. Youth under the influence of alcohol beat the security guard of Manglik Apartment, Dwarka, Sector-6. The accused identified as Sahil thrashed the guard using a pipe and abused him over a parking dispute. The matter escalated after the guard, who was bleeding, complained to the accused's parents, who also hold presidential positions. Meanwhile, an FIR is registered.
A 30-year-old man was killed by two men in north Delhi’s Sadar Bazar area in the wee hours on Tuesday, a Delhi Police official said. The deceased, identified as Samir, a resident of Sultanpuri, was working as a field boy for an online company. On Tuesday around 1:17 a.m., the police received information that a person was lying injured on the road. A case is registered for further investigation.
A Delhi girl's murder brutally shook the national capital, raising an alarming concern about the rising crimes. On July 28, Nargis (23) was killed brutally by a relative after she refused the marriage proposal. Her family said, "My sister did not want to marry him. Irfan is from Auraiya in Uttar Pradesh and came to our house around five to six years ago." The accused is arrested for further investigation.

A college student was killed in Delhi today after being attacked with a rod, police said. The incident took place at a park near Aurobindo College in Delhi's Malviya Nagar. According to police, the girl, identified as Nargis, is a student of Kamala Nehru College and had come to the park with her male friend. Police have arrested the 28-year-old friend, believed to have attacked her with a rod.
In Delhi's Shahbad Dairy region, a 16-year-old minor was allegedly gang-raped in a park. The Delhi police confirmed the crime and arrested three accused, Bobby, Rahul and a juvenile, who allegedly raped the girl when she was at a park. Occurred on June 27 evening, and the accused were arrested two days after and the search for one absconding is underway. The incident came a month after horrific stabbing crime.

The Delhi Police have arrested two more people in a recent shocking murder case of Nikhil Chauhan (19,) who was stabbed to death outside the Aryabhatta College. With the arrest on June 22, the total number of accused is now 5, including the prime accused identified as Yash. An SOL student and a juvenile have been apprehended in connection with the murder. An investigation into the brutal murder is underway.
Delhi is becoming a place of crimes as another horrendous attempt to murder unfolded in the Nand Nagri region. In a CCTV footage, which went viral, a man was brutally attacked with a knife, whereas people passing by did nothing to save him. According to the initial investigation, the victim was identified as Qasim and was rushed to AIIMS after the attack and is said to be out of danger.
The horrendous crime that unfolded in Delhi's Shahbad Dairy area, and is still making headlines. The accused Sahil (20) has been arrested, from Bulandshahar, UP and has confessed his crime. During interrogation, he said that he has absolutely "no regrets" of stabbing Sakshi (16) to death. He also narrated how he planned the murder and purchased the knife 20 days back, and then fled to Uttar Pradesh after the crime.
A Class 10 student of a government school was allegedly stabbed by his classmates in south Delhi's Tigri area, confirmed police. The shocking crime incident happened after the victim, happened to be the monitor of the class wrote the accused's name on board, for creating nuisance in the class. Angry over this, the accused and his friend stabbed the victim, after school. A case has been registered and an investigation launched.
