India Lends Its Air Space To Pak PM Imran Khan For His Sri Lanka Visit
India on February 22 allowed Pakistani PM Imran Khan to use the Indian air-space for his two-day visit to Sri Lanka. Pakistan had requested for the permission 10 days earlier under a protocol wherein government heads passing through alien air-space alert the countries concerned in advance. Notably, Pakistan had previously denied permission for air-space usage to President Ram Nath Kovind once, and to PM Narendra Modi twice in 2019.

Devotees Seek Blessings At Golden Temple On 551st Guru Nanak Jayanti
Celebrating the 551st birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, devotees from across the country offered prayers at the Golden Temple and sought blessings on November 30. The Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) was decorated with lights and candles to commemorate the anniversary of the Sikh guru. Extending his greetings, President Ram Nath Kovind tweeted "let us resolve to conduct ourselves in a manner so as to emulate his teachings.”

Education Ministry suspends DU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Yogesh Tyagi
After being approved by President Ramnath Kovind, DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Yogesh Tyagi has been suspended from his duties. According to the officials of the Education Ministry Tyagi made decisions that caused "mis-governance" and "malfunctioning" in DU. They also added that the President has ordered an inquiry against Tyagi's failure of his duties and he will remain suspended until further orders.

President Kovind, PM Modi to Attend NEP Conference Organised by Ministry of Education

Delhi School Boy Receives Bicycle From President Ram Nath Kovind
As his "Eidi", a class 9 student Riyaz received a bicycle from President Ram Nath Kovind on July 31. The President gifted it to motivate and boost rising-cyclist Riyaz's capabilities who won a bronze medal in Delhi State Cycling Championship in 2017.
