In a viral video, a man is peeping out of a moving car on a busy road and sitting on the window of the vehicle. The incident was shared and forwarded by multiple users to bring it to the notice of concerned authorities and demanded strict action against the man for not following safety rules on UP roads. The UP police responded and took the matter seriously, assuring investigation.
