Venkaiah Naidu Reviews Arrangements for Monsoon Session, Conducts Mock Session
The Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu, on September 9, reviewed the arrangements made for the upcoming monsoon session. He conducted a mock session with the staff from the Secretariat, to make sure that the arrangements are in-line, following the social distancing norms due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Officials from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat said that the interpretation signals were found to be working and a sample voting process was conducted as well.
