Virat's Shining Bangalore Overpowers Dhoni's Gloomy Chennai By 37 Runs
Just two wins of seven matches, this is certainly bizarre for the Chennai Super Kings' fans and for those who know the team's record. Chennai's awful expedition in the IPL 2020 remained intact in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore as well. Later, Rayudu and debutant Jagadeesan tried to swing the things by a 64-run partnership but the latter getting run out dismantled CSK completely. With RCB's death bowling recouping strength in this match, Morris alone blew the pinch hitters of CSK - Curran, Jadeja and Bravo. Struggling Chennai scored double digit runs only in 13th over. Earlier, Kohli with his calm and blistering knock of 90 powered RCB to a decent total of 169 runs. Interestingly, CSK had won IPL 2010 edition after losing five of first seven matches.
