Punjab CM Appeals To Home Minister For Anti-Drone System

Owing to the concern of drone activities in Punjab by Pakistan, CM Captain Amarinder Singh appealed to Home Minister Amit Shah to provide anti-drone equipment for BSF and CAPF in the state on August 10. His demand came after 17 deliveries of hand-grenades, RDX, and IEDs from Pakistan in India through drones. The CM also said ''these are very serious and worrisome developments'' considering the 2022 assembly elections.
