PM Modi To Hold High Level Meeting Over Ukraine Crisis In Next 24 Hrs

PM Narendra Modi is scheduled to hold a high level meeting in the next 24 hours, over the ongoing Ukraine-Russia crisis. With this meeting, the Indian Government would hold the third high level meeting with Union Cabinet ministers, discussing the crisis and further stand of India, including evacuation of Indians stranded in Ukraine. Top ministers and government officials will be a part of the meeting.

No Illegal Or Commercial Activities In House, Says Narayan Rane After BMC Notice

Union Minister Narayan Rane, on February 18, received notice from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) over his house. The BMC furthermore inspected Narayan's residence. He stated that the bungalow was constructed in 2009 by famous architect, following 1999 Development Control Regulations, assuring no illegal or commercial activities. Rane also said that eight of his family members stay in the house.

Union Defence Minister To Hold 3 Rallies For BJP: UP Elections 2022

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is to address three rallies in poll bound UP. He will campaign for BJP in Ramnagar, Haidernagar and Unchahar, on February 13. Earlier, Rajnath Singh addressed a couple of rallies in Bulandshahar and Sikandaraabaad. During the rallies, he asked voters to not fall for opposition, Congress, BSP and SP's as they are doing "politics of appeasement". Notably, second-phase UP elections is on February 14.

Amit Shah To Participate Statue Of Equality Celebration In Hyderabad

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit 216 feet tall "Statue of Equality" in Hyderabad. As per sources, Shah will reach the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at 4:40 pm, following which he will participate in the millennial celebration, at Shamshabad. He will also have darshan of 108 diyas, at Chinna Jeeyar Swamy ashram. After the visit, Mr Shah is scheduled to return to Delhi at 8 pm.

Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai, on February 2, said, as per Central Government records, Amaravati is considered as the AP Capital City. Answering to BJP leader IGVL Narsimha Rao, Union Minister said, "As such Amaravati will remain the state capital, as per the records available with the Centre". 70% Pakistani Awaits Indian Citizenship, Says Union MHA Minister

At least 70% Pakistani awaits Indian citizenship, said the Ministry of Home Affairs, on December 22. MHA Minister Nityanand Rai said, a total of 7,306 people applied for citizenship from Pakistan, 1,152 applications are from Afghanistan, 428 states are stateless, 223 from Sri Lanka and the US, 189 from Nepal, 161 from Bangladesh and 10 from China. Notably, all the 10,635 applicants, applied for citizenship till December 14 2021.
