Punjab Govt Approves Mukhya Mantri Tirath Yatra Scheme
The Punjab Cabinet led by chief minister Bhagwant Mann gave approval to start the Mukhya Mantri Tirath Yatra Darshan scheme (CM pilgrimage scheme) to enable the people of the state to visit various pilgrimage sites across the country free of cost from the upcoming 'parkash purab' of Sri Guru Nanak Dev on November 27. The Cabinet also gave its nod to introduce the Punjab OTS scheme for settlement of pre-GST.

Chhattisgarh Contest For 20 Assembly Seats In Phase I
Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections 2023 first phase started on November 7. The elections will be held for 20 Assembly seats, and approximately 232 leaders belonging to political parties are in the fray. Chhattisgarh: BJP Leader Ratan Dubey Killed By Naxalites
Chhattisgarh BJP leader Ratan Dubey was hacked to death by unidentified Naxalites in the Narayanpur district, three days before the first phase of state assembly polls, scheduled to take place on November 7. Dubey, who was the BJP's district president in Narayanapur, was killed while he was campaigning for the party in Kaushalnar village. Dubey was attacked and killed with a sharp weapon by unidentified Naxalites.
